Gabbiano
Gabbiano is a lovely mansard-attic. The roof is fully insulated and keeps the inside temperature cool in summer and warm in winter. It is bright and airy because each room has two windows: a velux on the ceiling and a window on that wall. It is spacious and well organized.
Composed of three bedrooms: two with double bed and a smaller third bedroom with two single beds, joinable to form a double bed, if necessary. In each bedroom there is a free place to add a cot for baby. The bathroom has box-shower. Finally, there is a well-equipped kitchen where, if necessary, you can add another bed.
The furniture is simple and unpretentious, but you can clean and sanitize easily. For the tranquility of the guests, there is the air conditioner (extra charge) that no one, however, never needed to use.
Behind the house there is a small garden, shared with the guests of Zéphyro and Grecàle apartments, where you can arrange toys, strollers and bicycles, and to enjoy time at the table playing cards or enjoying a drink, or reading a book on the recliner.
